Joseph M. Rault, Founder (1926-2014)

A native New Orleanian, entered the U.S. Navy upon graduating from Jesuit in 1943, becoming a Lt. (jg). As commander of the USS LCI-549, he participated in the atomic bomb test at the Bikini Atoll in the Pacific. Upon completion of his service in 1946, he entered MIT and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Transportation in 1948 with the Compton Award. He then attended Tulane Law School and graduated with an LLB in 1950, Order of the Coif. He practiced Admiralty in Maritime Law until 1960 with the Terriberry Firm and then opened his own company building offshore vessels and semi-submersible drilling rigs. He merged one of these companies with John Laborde to create Tidewater Marine. He then contracted with PeMex to drill a number of wells in Mexico and import oil from Venezuela.

Dann L. Cahoon

A long time resident of Louisiana, graduated from Isidore Newman School in 1997. He then attended Hampden-Sydney College receiving a B.S. in Psychology, and an MBA in Finance from the University of New Orleans. After spending a few years with New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity in multiple capacities including Director of Construction Projects, he joined the Rault Resources Group where he serves as Chief Operating Officer. He is a member of the Jefferson Chamber and the Jefferson Business Council.

He and his wife reside in New Orleans.

Monica Camp

A native of Louisiana, a graduate of Archbishop Chapelle High School, received a Paralegal Certification from the University of New Orleans. She serves as Executive Assistant to the President of Rault Resources Group and is in charge of the Executive offices. She is an active member of the East Jefferson Business Association, the Jefferson Chamber and community service events.

She is married and has 2 children and 2 grandchildren. They reside in Metairie.

Bridget Simpson

A lifelong resident of New Orleans. She attended Louisiana State University and serves as Building Operations Manager of the 110 Veterans Building. She participates with the Jefferson Chamber.

She and her family reside in Metairie.

Melanie K. Hansberry

A native of Marrero, LA, a graduate from John Ehret High School. She received an Associates Degree in Business Management from Delgado Community College and she attended University of Louisiana. She serves as the Building Manager of the Park Tower Office Building. She participates in yearly events with the Lafayette Chamber.

She and her husband, Anthony, reside in Lafayette, LA with their 2 children.
